Frequently Asked Questions / 常见问题

• Where is my data stored? Entirely on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes everything; we have no servers and no copy.
• 数据保存在哪里?全部仅保存在你的设备本地。卸载即清空,我方没有任何服务器副本。
• How are reminders triggered? Local iOS notifications, scheduled on-device based on the mileage interval and time interval you set. Make sure Notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → AutoCare Log.
• 提醒是怎么触发的?由 iOS 本地通知触发,基于你设置的里程间隔与时间间隔在本机调度。请确认在系统"设置 → AutoCare Log → 通知"中已开启通知。
• Can I switch between km/miles or L/gallons? Yes, per vehicle in the vehicle form.
• 能切换公里/英里、升/加仑吗?可以,在每辆车的资料中按车设置。
• Is the app available in Chinese? Yes — English (default) and Simplified Chinese.
• 支持中文吗?支持英文(默认)和简体中文。
