These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dual Recorder application (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA).
Dual Recorder offers the following optional purchases to unlock premium features (such as advanced dual-lens layouts, filters, music, and export options):
All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store’s refund policy. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content you record, and you must respect the privacy and rights of others when capturing photos or video.
The App, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create with the App belongs to you.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or recordings, arising out of your use of the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
