PrismU（以下称「本应用」「我们」）是一款情绪记录与自我探索工具。我们非常重视你的隐私。本政策说明我们如何处理你在使用本应用时产生的信息。本应用不需要注册账号，绝大多数数据仅保存在你的设备本地。
以下内容通过 Apple 提供的本地数据库（SwiftData）保存在你的设备上，不会上传到我们的服务器，我们也无法读取：
如果你开启了 iCloud 设备备份，上述本地数据可能随系统备份一并加密存储在你的 iCloud 中，该过程由 Apple 控制，我们无权访问。
当你使用「AI 陪伴对话」「AI 深度解读」等功能时，你在该次交互中输入的文字内容（以及为生成解读所必需的当次情绪选择）会通过加密连接（HTTPS）发送至第三方大模型服务，用于实时生成回应。详见第二节。

第三方服务对数据的处理遵循其自身的隐私条款，建议你在使用相关功能前查阅：阿里云隐私政策、Apple 隐私政策。
所有网络请求均使用 HTTPS 加密传输。本地数据受 iOS 系统级沙盒与设备加密保护。请注意：任何传输或存储方式都无法保证 100% 绝对安全，建议你为设备设置锁屏密码。
本应用面向 17 岁及以上用户，不面向 13 岁以下儿童，且不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。如你认为有儿童向我们提交了个人信息，请通过下方邮箱联系我们，我们将尽快删除。
本应用提供自动续订订阅（PrismU Pro）。订阅的计费、续订与退款均由 Apple 处理，具体条款见 使用条款（EULA）。我们不存储你的支付信息。

PrismU ("the App", "we") is a mood-journaling and self-reflection tool. We take your privacy seriously. No account is required, and the vast majority of your data never leaves your device.
The following is stored in a local on-device database (Apple SwiftData) and is never uploaded to our servers: mood check-ins, tags, notes and timestamps; self-assessment answers and results; canvas artwork; mindfulness/breathing session history; in-app preferences. If you enable iCloud device backup, this data may be included in your encrypted Apple backup, which is controlled by Apple and not accessible to us.
When you use the AI companion chat or AI insight features, the text you enter in that interaction (and the mood selections needed to generate the insight) is transmitted over HTTPS to a third-party large-language-model service to generate a response in real time. See section 2.
NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription);Local data remains on your device until you delete the individual records or uninstall the App (which removes the local database). AI interaction content is used only to fulfil that request; we maintain no server-side profile of you. The model provider may retain requests briefly for security and abuse prevention under its own policy.
All network traffic uses HTTPS. Local data is protected by the iOS sandbox and device encryption. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we recommend enabling a device passcode.
The App is intended for users aged 17 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You can view and edit all records in the App, delete them individually, or uninstall the App to erase all local data. You may revoke the photo-add permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security. Simply not using the AI features means nothing leaves your device. For further assistance, email us.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (PrismU Pro). Billing, renewal and refunds are handled by Apple; see the Terms of Use (EULA). We do not store payment information.
PrismU is a self-reflection tool and does not provide medical diagnosis, psychotherapy or professional medical advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a professional service or your local crisis hotline immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates are published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date; material changes will be surfaced in the App.
