欢迎使用 PrismU（以下称「本应用」）。本条款是你与开发者 Yuya Fang（以下称「我们」）之间就使用本应用达成的协议。下载、安装或使用本应用即表示你已阅读并同意本条款。如不同意，请停止使用并删除本应用。
我们授予你一项不可转让、不可转授、非独占、可撤销的许可，允许你在你拥有或控制的、且符合 Apple 使用规则的 Apple 品牌设备上安装并使用本应用，仅限个人非商业用途。本应用是许可使用而非出售给你，其全部知识产权归我们所有。
本条款同时适用 Apple 的《许可应用最终用户许可协议》标准条款，见：https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/。若本条款与该标准条款存在冲突，以对你更有利的条款为准。
本应用提供自动续订订阅「PrismU Pro」，用于解锁无限 AI 陪伴对话、全部心理小探索与 AI 深度解读等付费功能。

所有购买均由 Apple 处理，退款须依据 Apple 的政策向 Apple 申请：reportaproblem.apple.com。我们无权直接为你办理退款。
更换设备或重装应用后，可在应用内「恢复购买」用同一 Apple 账户恢复订阅权益。
未订阅用户可享有一定的免费使用额度（如每自然月若干次 AI 陪伴对话与心理小探索）。免费额度的具体数量由我们决定，可能在版本更新中调整，且不构成对你的付费承诺。
你在应用内创建的情绪记录、笔记与画布作品归你所有，默认仅存储在你的设备本地。你自行负责这些内容的备份（例如开启 iCloud 设备备份）。卸载应用会删除本地数据且不可恢复，我们无法为你找回。
本应用按「现状」和「现有」提供，我们在适用法律允许的最大范围内不作任何明示或默示保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵权的保证，也不保证服务不中断或无错误。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损害不承担责任；我们的累计责任上限以你在提出索赔前 12 个月内为本应用实际支付的金额为限。部分司法辖区不允许上述限制，则该等限制在法律允许的范围内适用。
我们可能更新本条款，更新后将在本页面发布并修改「最近更新」日期；重大变更会在应用内提示。你在变更后继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。若你违反本条款，我们可终止授予你的许可；许可终止后，你应停止使用并删除本应用（已支付订阅的处理依 Apple 政策）。
你确认并同意，Apple 及其子公司是本条款的第三方受益人，有权（并被视为已接受该权利）针对你执行本条款。本条款中关于售后支持、产品责任与知识产权主张的义务由我们承担，与 Apple 无关。
本条款适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律（不含冲突法规则），并不影响你依所在地强制性消费者保护法所享有的权利。

These Terms govern your use of PrismU (the "App"), provided by Yuya Fang ("we"). By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using and delete the App.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms, for personal non-commercial use. The App is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where these Terms conflict with it, the provision more favourable to you prevails.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or extract source code or keys from the App; rent, resell, sublicense or redistribute it or circumvent subscription paywalls; use it for unlawful purposes or submit unlawful, infringing, abusive or self-harm-inducing content to the AI features; or abuse the AI endpoints through automated bulk requests.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions named "PrismU Pro" that unlock unlimited AI companion chats, all self-assessments and AI deep insights.
Refunds are handled by Apple — see reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore Purchases in the App restores entitlements on a new device using the same Apple Account. Free allowances for non-subscribers (e.g. a limited number of AI chats and assessments per calendar month) are set at our discretion and may change between versions.
AI responses are generated in real time by a third-party large language model (Alibaba Tongyi Qianwen, qwen-plus) and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Do not rely on them as your sole basis for decisions. AI features require an internet connection and may change if the third-party service changes.
Mood entries, notes and artwork you create belong to you and are stored locally on your device by default. You are responsible for backups (e.g. iCloud device backup). Uninstalling the App deletes local data irreversibly; we cannot recover it.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. Where such limitations are not permitted, they apply only to the extent allowed by law.
We may update these Terms; updates are published on this page with a revised date, and material changes are surfaced in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may terminate your licence if you breach these Terms, in which case you must stop using and delete the App (paid subscriptions are handled per Apple's policies).
You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you. Obligations regarding maintenance, support, product liability and intellectual property claims are ours, not Apple's.
